Dr. Reiby Caetano Mustafá

Co-Founder and Co-CEO

Cardiologist, a leading voice in Point-of-Care Ultrasound (POCUS), and a published author with Editora Manole. He leads RC's educational program: courses, mentorship, community, and hands-on physician training in bedside ultrasound.

He is the one who translates real clinical practice, from the office to the ER and the ICU, into education and into device requirements.

Physician, entrepreneur, and technology enthusiast, responsible for turning innovation into solutions that make sense in real medical practice. His background combines medicine with deep experience in technology, product development, and international sourcing.

He has always believed that high-performance equipment should not be limited to major medical centers or priced out of reach for most professionals. At RC Medical he leads company strategy: device selection and evolution, sourcing, quality control, brand positioning, and customer experience.

His purpose: to connect physicians with the world's best technology, backed by reliable products and support from people who understand both medicine and innovation.
